Payments can be made via debit/credit card through Stripe online, or during the appointment by cash or by Paypal card reader. A receipt will be issued at the same time.
Consultations are free of charge done by phone, Skype, or Facebook Messenger.

Please note that if you arrange a home visit appointment and cannot keep it you will need to contact me at least 24 hours beforehand to let me know of a cancellation. If I travel to your property and find that you are not available I will charge you for my travel expenses. I think this is only fair as not only will I be using my vehicle and petrol, but it’s also my time when I could have taken another client if you had let me know that you wished to cancel. Thank you for understanding.
