Update as a customer…

Well I’ve now had my fifth contact from the DVD rental company. Yet another foreign name. This time the problem I’m having is at least being referred to.

My last communication to them was to lodge a complaint about the four people I’d already had dealings with. If they can’t even bother to try to understand what the problem is, then they should be pulled over the coals for it.

I then got this fifth email. They’ve still got the discs the wrong way round. No mention of my complaint against the four other agents.

I’ve replied. Again pointed out their error. Again stating that I wanted to complain about the other agents, and wanted an update.

All this because of the moran who couldn’t update my list correctly on returning discs.

But then this is a company in Britain. Five emails with five foreign names. No wonder they keep getting it wrong.
