My company has now decided to have a live stream of director interviews. It’s a great idea. Gives us an idea of what is going on with the company.
However, those of us in the call centre have no sound on our computers. The company seems to think that we would be stupid and use it while dealing with our customers. Maybe they don’t understand the pause button.
So now we have the whole call centre who can’t hear the interviews and have no idea of what is going on. It would be really nice if we had the same facilities as the rest of the company. It feels like discrimination to me.
