Marketing Consent
Customer hung up on me today while I was asking for marketing consent. She didn’t even bother giving me a yes or no answer. I’ll make sure we share her details with everyone so she gets loads of unsolicited mail and telephone calls. She’ll probably listen next time and give me an answer.
